Star Blocks and Maisonettes have locked storerooms, however all property stored in storerooms is done so at the Owner’s risk.

The Body Corporate Committee will not accept any liability for any property stored in a storeroom.

Guidelines:

1. – Do not store any property that is likely to create a health hazard or degenerate
2. – Clearly mark your stored property
