The Body Corporate is made up of common property, principal units (dwellings) and accessory units (courtyards, car parks and carports).
Common property includes external space such as gardens and roads, internal space such as halls and stairwells and the exterior of all buildings.
Living in close proximity requires being especially considerate of your neighbours. Noise is one of the bigger issues.
